Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and participants may need to cancel or reschedule their ECC class. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation 14 Business Days or More Before the Class:

If you cancel your BLS class reservation at least 14 business days before the scheduled class date, you are eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will exclude the cost of any digital or physical materials provided for the class plus a $5 administrative fee. 

Cancellation Between 14 and 7 Business Days Before the Class:

If you cancel your BLS class reservation between 14 and 7 business days before the scheduled class date, you have two options:

  • You can receive a partial refund, with the amount deducted for any provided digital or physical materials.

  • You can reschedule your class for another available date without any additional charge.

Cancellation Within 7 Business Days Before the Class:

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 business days of the scheduled class. However, you have the option to reschedule your class for another available date within 6 months.

No Show:

If you do not show up for the scheduled class without prior notice (a "No Show"), you will not be eligible for any refunds.

Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy can be granted on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your circumstances warrant special consideration, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
