Mask Requirements:

Do I need to wear a mask during the entire BLS class?

No, you are not required to wear a mask for the entire class. Certain parts of the class may require you to give resue breaths using a personal mouthpiece. During lecture portions masks are absolutely allowed and welcome.

What if I forget my mask or it becomes damaged during the class?

Disposable masks are available if you forget yours or need a replacement.

Will there be physical demonstrations that require close proximity with other participants or instructors?

Efforts are made to minimize physical contact during training, and visual aids and online resources may be used to supplement hands-on training; however, during certain skills prcatice involving a partner you will be in close proximity to that person.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a comprehensive cancellation policy that offers different options based on the timing of your cancellation. Please refer to the "Cancellation Policy" section above for details.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my ECC class?
Refunds are available based on the timing of your cancellation. You can find detailed information about refunds in the "Cancellation Policy" section.
I need to cancel my class reservation, but it's within 7 business days. Can I reschedule instead?
Yes, if you need to cancel within 7 business days, you can choose to reschedule for another available date within 6 months. Refer to the cancellation policy for more details.
Are there any fees associated with cancellations?
Yes, if you cancel your reservation within 14 business days of the class, there will be a $5 administrative fee deducted from your refund. For detailed fee information, please see the "Cancellation Policy."
Can I get a refund if I don't show up for the class?
Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for "No Show" situations. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you know you won't be able to attend. In most cases, you may be able to reschedule for a later date.
I have unique circumstances. Can exceptions be made to the cancellation policy?
We understand that situations can be unique. Contact us to discuss your situation, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Class Details and Logistics:
How long is each class session?
Each booking session is broken down into four-hour time blocks. However, the actual course duration may vary based on the material presented. We recommend verifying the course length with the instructor.
Are children allowed in the classroom during the class?
Children participating in the class are absolutely permitted! Young infants in a carrier or stroller are also permitted on a case by case basis. Bear in mind there are lectures that are important to listen to, and skills practice that requires you to be able to use your hands and practice good body mechanics. A quiet environment free from distraction is essential for success in this course!
Where are your classes held?
Currently, our classes are offered at your workplace, home office, or in a customer-provided classroom. For large group reservations, we'll coordinate an appropriate instruction location.
Do you offer classes at a specific location?
We primarily offer classes at locations that are convenient for you, such as your workplace or home office. For larger groups, we can arrange a suitable location. Please reach out to us for more information.
I am already certified in Basic Life Support and just need to renew. What proof do I need to provide?
At our company, we prioritize safety and quality training. As part of our policy, all participants must provide valid proof of prior Basic Life Support (BLS) certification before taking BLS recertification courses. This ensures that everyone receives the appropriate level of training and maintains their life-saving skills up to date.
